- 300 g rice vermicelli
- 3 green onion(s)
- 1 carrot(s)
- 0.25 Chinese cabbage
- 4 clove(s) garlic
- 300 g chicken breast
- 8 shrimp
- 2 egg(s)
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp peanut oil
Instructions
Preparing the ingredients:
- 1Cut the green onions into pieces about 2 cm.
- 2Cut the carrot into matchsticks.
- 3Finely slice the Chinese cabbage.
- 4Finely chop the garlic cloves.
- 5Soak the rice vermicelli in boiling water for 5 minutes.
- 6Cut the chicken into small cubes.
- 7Shell and devein the shrimp.
- 8Beat the eggs in a bowl.
Preparing the Singapore noodles:
- 9Preheat a large pan or wok over medium heat and pour in the peanut oil.
- 10Add the chopped garlic to the pan and sauté until golden.
- 11Add the beaten eggs and sauté for 30 seconds.
- 12Then add the chicken and let it cook for a few minutes.
- 13Add the shrimp and sauté for 1 minute.
- 14Add the green onions, carrot, and Chinese cabbage and sauté for about 3 minutes.
- 15Add the drained noodles, curry powder, and soy sauce.
- 16Mix well and continue stir-frying everything for a few minutes.
- 17Serve hot.
