Ingredients
- 225 g unsalted butter
- 255 g powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 5 egg(s)
- 290 g flour
- 3 g baking powder
- 1 pinch(es) salt
- 3 tsp cocoa powder
- 0.5 vanilla extract
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 160°C (fan-assisted).
- 2In a bowl, mix the softened butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
- 3Add the honey and mix again.
- 4Add the eggs, mix, then add the flour, baking powder, and finish with the salt.
- 5Divide the batter into two equal parts.
- 6Add the cocoa to one to get a chocolate batter, and stir the vanilla extract into the other for a flavored plain batter.
- 7Transfer both batters into two piping bags.
- 8In a previously lined pan, alternate strips of plain batter and chocolate batter.
- 9Create a marbled effect using a skewer, drawing zigzags through the batter.
- 10Bake for 45 to 50 minutes at 160°C.
