About this dish

Shrimp linguine is a flavorful Italian dish that combines the delicacy of thin pasta with the richness of seafood. The linguine, similar to thin tagliatelle, are cooked al dente to keep their perfect texture. Meanwhile, the shrimp, usually peeled and deveined, are quickly sautéed in a pan with garlic, olive oil, or butter, sometimes with a touch of red chili for subtle heat. Some add cherry tomatoes, parsley, white wine, or lemon juice for extra depth of flavor. Once the shrimp are perfectly pink and cooked, they are mixed with the linguine. The dish is often garnished with grated parmesan or lemon zest for a final touch. Shrimp linguine embodies the simple elegance of Italian cuisine, offering a harmonious combination of sea and land flavors.
