- 265 g brown sugar
- 150 g wheat flour
- 125 g unsalted butter

- 3 egg yolk(s)
- 60 g sunflower oil
- 25 g cocoa powder
- 35 g pecans
- 35 g walnuts
- 50 g chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
Preparing the brownie batter:
- 1Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a double boiler or microwave.
- 2In a large bowl, whisk the whole eggs, egg yolks, sunflower oil, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth and even.
