About this dish
Cookies are small, round, flat cakes originating from the United States, appreciated for their soft inside and slightly crispy outside. Their dough base is usually made of butter, sugar, eggs, and flour, most often studded with chocolate chips. However, the variations are endless: nuts, dried fruit, oats, caramel, or even sea salt can be incorporated to enrich their flavor. As soon as they come out of the oven, they release an irresistible aroma that fills the room and invites tasting. Both simple and comforting, cookies are often associated with childhood memories and moments spent with family or friends. Whether enjoyed with a glass of milk or a cup of coffee, these little sweet treats remain a must for lovers of desserts.
